Schedule of Charges

  • Transaction and charges (in Rs.)

  • Loan Processing Fee

    3.25% of the Loan amount sanctioned

  • Miscellaneous Costs (Documentation Charges)

    Rs. 250/- for Standard documentation charges

  • Demand Draft/Pay Order issuance Charges for disbursement of Loan

    Rs. 150/- per lac or actual Bank Charges, whichever is higher

  • RTGS Charges for disbursement of Loan

    Actual Bank Charges

  • Installment dishonour charges (Per Instrument/Transaction)

    Rs. 750/- + GST for every cheque dishonour/rejection of ECS

  • Pre-closure Charges: Pre-closure is allowed after 12 months from loan disbursement date for Long Term Loans

    • All floating rate loans given to individuals, where all applicants and co-applicants are individuals: Nil
    • Secure Business Loan, etc. - 4% of principal outstanding

  • Late payment/ Delay/Overdue interest charges

    3% Per month on delayed payment/Nonpayment of instalment

  • Cheque Return Charges/ECS failure charges

    Rs 750/- per instance

  • Accrued Interest

    As applicable based on actual delayed status or as communicated by the lender from time to time.

  • Request for Copies of any collateral held with OFPL

    Rs 750/- per instance

  • Duplicate Statement/ Repayment Schedule / any other document held with OFPL request

    Rs 200/- per instance

  • PDCs / ECS swap charges

    Rs 750/- per instance

  • CERSAI charges 1) At the time of Disbursement : Creation of Charge 2) At the time of Modification of Charge ( in case of Top Up) 3) At the time of Loan Closure: – Satisfaction of Charge 4) Any Other

  • Pre-closure quote

    Rs 1000/- per instance

  • Documents Retrieval and Handling Charges (Chargeable at the time of handing over security documents on closure of loan)

    • Rs. 500/-

  • CIBIL report retrieval fee

    • Rs 50/- per instance for Consumer and Rs. 500/- for Commercial CIBIL

  • Loan Re-schedulement / Amendment in sanctioned terms (at discretion of OFPL) charges

    • 0.50% or as mutually agreed between borrower and OFPL

  • Duplicate No dues certificate

    • Rs 500/-

  • Stamp Duty Legal and other statutory charges Insurance Premium Creation charge with ROC

    • As per actuals, where ever applicable

  • Actual charges incurred by the lender (OFPL)

    • Rs. 3,500/- or Actual, whichever is higher

  • Each Personal Visit to customer’s place for collection of dues

    • Rs. 500/- + GST per visit
