List of general documents required by loan providers.

Duly filled Application Form with Photograph.
Your Proof of Identity –Passport/ Voter's Card / Driving License / Aadhar/ PAN Card will do.
Your Proof of Residence – Any of the above if it contains address, Utility Bills such as electricity, water and landline telephone bills with address thereon will do.
Age Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Any other Certificate from Statutory Authority).
Education Qualifications – Latest Degree (for professionals).
Certificate & Proof of business existence along with brief Business Profile.
Certified Financial Statement for the last 3 years.
Last 12 months Bank Account Statements (self &business).
Proposal Login Charges Cheque in favour of Ovington Finance Private Limited.
Photocopy of Title Documents of the Property.
Copies of all Property Documents, Approved Plan etc. of the concerned property that you chose to mortgage for the loan.
